Program Director
Loretta Manning, LPC, joined New Learning Center in 1998, soon after earning her Master's degree in clinical psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology.
She became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2003. In her work at Pathways, Ms. Manning has experienced every aspect of the agency's programs, from in-home crisis counseling to
program development and supervision. She also coordinates Partners, a drug treatment program for women at Pathways' non-profit sister agency,
New Learning Center, Inc.
Ms. Manning's interests include working with women and adolescent girls, especially in helping them acquire empowering skills and awareness. She also has extensive experience
with learning differences and developmental disabilities.
